Detailed Product Description

High Fructose Syrup is processed from hydrolyzed corn starch and contains fructose a simple sugar carbohydrate, just like sucrose. It is about 75% sweeter than sucrose, less expensive than sugar, and mixed well in many foods. The content of fructose is more than 42% of total carbohydrates.

High fructose syrup has almost the same sweetener as sucrose, but better taste than sucrose.Today it has taken the place of sucrose, and has been widely used in many industries,such as frozen foods, dairy products, wine, preserved fruit, canned food,bean products, baking food, flavoring, pharmacy and health care food.
